Having a healthy skin, bright and beautiful, need some steps, It is not limited to use expensive cosmetics, but it depends on the choice of the most suited products and effective in maintaining the skin, in addition to that. Pay attention to food diet because it helps in skin care.

1- Protect yourself from the sun.

Use sunscreen to protect yourself from sun’s harmful UV radiations. You can use day-time moisturisers that have sunscreen built into them.

2- Don't smoke.

Smoking makes your skin look older and contributes to wrinkles. Also, Smoking narrows the tiny blood vessels in the outermost layers of skin, which decreases blood flow. This depletes the skin of oxygen and nutrients that are important to skin health.

3- be careful with skin product.

Be very aware of what is in skincare products. Use products that are all natural as much as possible. 

4- Sleep and exercise.

A bit of exercise and good sleep are essential too, not just for skin care but for your health as a whole. Lack of sleep can lead to formation of wrinkles below your eyes and lack of exercise can cause your skin to slack.

5- Clean your MAKEUP brushes.

Makeup brushes collect bacteria and other dirt that can cause breakouts and aggravate skin.  so Try to clean your brushes at least once or twice a week.

6- Keep your hands off your face.

Stop touching your face, because Touching can make your face more prone to breakouts or other conditions, because When you touch your face, you are simply spreading these bacteria and germs onto your face.

7- Drink plenty of water.

Water hydrates skin and hair as well as flushes toxins out of the body. Drinking at least 2 litres per day gives the skin a bright, It rids your skin from dryness and wrinkles.

8- Beat the stress.

 Limit stress or learn to manage it effectively. Stress is harmful both emotionally and physically. Find that stress reliever activity that works best and use it on a daily basis.
